Portrait sessions begin at $325, with most clients investing between $325 and $550 depending on the session type and level of customization.

How far in advance should I book?
A.Typically 4 - 6 weeks for portraits & events; branding projects may require more lead time.
What is required to secure a date?
A.To reserve a session, I require a signed photography contract/agreement and a non-refundable retainer (typically 20 - 40% of the total package). Once those are received, your date is officially on my calendar!
What is included in a session fee?
A.Every session includes planning support, photography time, image editing, a private online gallery for downloading and sharing, print release, etc.
When will I receive my photos?
A.Portrait galleries are delivered within 2 - 3 weeks.
Larger projects, such as branding or events, may take up to 4 - 6 weeks for events.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
A.Life happens! If you do need to reschedule, please contact me at least 7 - 14 days in advance, and we will fine a new date at no extra charge.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will forfeit the non-refundable retainer, but any remaining balance will not be charged.
In the rare case of severe weather or an emergency on my end, we will reschedule as soon as possible, or I will refund the retainer in full.
What does "travel free within the Greater Sacramento Area" mean?
A.I’m happy to photograph sessions beyond my usual shooting area! Travel within the Greater Sacramento Area is included in every package pricing.
For locations outside this range, a travel fee will be added to cover mileage, transportation, and, if necessary, lodging. Travel is billed at about $0.75 per mile (round trip), calculated from Vacaville, CA to your session site. I’ll share an exact estimate when we plan your shoot so there are no surprises.
