Iván Nájera & Friends concert at Wild Eye Pub, Grass Valley

Iván Nájera is a musician I have known going on 20 years now because he is a former colleague and friend of my father. on May 17, 2025, I had the privilege of listening him perform live with Doug Matson, Grant Reeves, Rob Holland, and Guillermo Villagomez. For the last few years, he plays at the Wild Eye Pub in Grass Valley once a year as he is often touring or traveling abroad, such as Guam, which makes these annual local performances quite unique and magical.

Iván Nájera's music is a captivating fusion of Latin, classical, and jazz elements, creating a rich blend of sound that resonates with both passion and sophistication. His compositions often feature strong melodies and ample improvisational moments, showcasing his versatility and deep musicality. Collaborating with other artist throughout his career, Nájera has produced instrumental works that blend acoustic and electric guitar, among other various instruments, offering dynamic and passionate performances that appeal to lovers of Latin guitar playing. @ivandnajera
